This website is operated by Willow Springs Water Company LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company based in Sinking Spring, PA. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Willow Springs Water Company LLC.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or water test or contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, street address, your water source and any notes about your water.

Like most websites, our site and its hosting provider may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, pages visited and general location, using cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

We use your information to contact you, prepare quotes, schedule and perform water tests, install and service your system, send filter-change reminders, and improve our website and services.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email and scheduling tools, and only so they can perform those services for us, or when required by law.

Text messages and email

If you opt in, we may send you text messages and emails about your quote, appointments, service reminders and occasional offers. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information shared with our service providers is used only to deliver our messages and services.
