Simple from start to finish

How it works

1

Get your free online estimate

Enter your address for a free water report in seconds. It's an estimate based on your water company's records or on wells near you, not a test of your own water.

2

We test your actual water

On a well, we test your water for free before we recommend a build, because two wells on the same road can be very different. On city water, a test is optional.

3

Get a clear price

Every system starts from a base package at a set price. On a well, add-ons are included only if your test calls for them. City water is usually a simple quote by phone.

4

Installation and ongoing care

We install your system cleanly, show you how it works, and let you know when filters and service are due.

Our story

It started with our own kitchen tap.

Sam and Loretta Beiler started Willow Springs after researching the city water their family of seven was drinking, and not liking what they found. A filtration system in their own home changed everything. Now they help their neighbors do the same.

Good questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a water test before I buy?

On city water, usually not. Your water company publishes what's in its water, so we can recommend a system from your free online water report and quote it by phone. On a well, yes, and it's free. Wells vary from one property to the next, so we test your actual water before we build your system.

Is the water test really free?

Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. We test your water, explain the results, and you decide what, if anything, to do next.

I'm on city water. Do I still need a filter?

City water is treated to meet federal standards, but it can still carry chlorine or chloramine, hardness minerals, and contaminants picked up from older pipes on the way to your tap. A water test shows what's actually coming out of yours.

What's the difference between whole-home and drinking water systems?

A whole-home system treats all the water entering your house: showers, laundry, appliances and every faucet. A reverse osmosis system sits under the kitchen sink and gives you highly purified water for drinking and cooking. Many families use both.

Do you work on well water?

Yes. We treat private wells for iron, manganese, sulfur smell, hardness, acidic water and bacteria.

How much does a system cost?

Every system starts from a base package at a set price. On city water, that's usually all there is to it. On a well, your water test may add an acid neutralizer or an iron filter. Either way, you get a clear, upfront quote before any work begins. Call us for current pricing.
